Meditation with Kitties

Cats are Masters of Meditation! Sitting motionless, gazing for hours and using their purring abilities to effectuate calm and relieve stress. They maintain an alpha mode throughout most of their waking hours – what we humans call our “Zen Zone”.
Come have fun, relax, and get into your “Zen Zone” while the kitties at Safe Haven roam about, mocking us, and help relieve our stress!
Participants receive a free gift bag. Cat toys will be available for use!
