Trap Dance + Workout with Cats

Join us for a high energy trap music workout! This class includes cardio exercises and focuses on the glutes and abs. As long as we watch out for kitties, they can join us! They will likely laugh and wonder what we’re doing. Tickets are $10 each and proceeds go towards Safe Haven Pet Sanctuary. Ages 18+, NO kids allowed due to the nature of some of the music used. Please bring a yoga mat. If you do not have one we have a few available.
