8 MONTHS OLD – MALES – NEUTERED – VACCINATED – SWIMMERS SYNDROME – SAVED FROM EUTHANASIA LIST AT AN OVERCROWDED SHELTER
These 2 baby house panthers arrived at our sanctuary from an overcrowded shelter, where they were scheduled to be euthanized because of their condition known as “Kitten Swimmer Syndrome”. It is a congenital condition that causes the legs (typically the hind limbs) to splay laterally. We’ll be doing our best to better them with physical therapy. They both are getting plenty of exercise chasing the other Safe Haven kitties around, but are rather shy around people yet. They might scurry away when they see you, but will slowly pop their heads around the corner to check you out. Once they warm up to you, they are the sweetest duo.
