This is Theo, an adorable 2 year old male chihuahua mix! Safe Haven rescued him from euthanasia at an over-crowded shelter. Now it’s time to find his happy ending! He’s a little skittish/shy around people, but he’s sure to come around in time. He had a tough start to life, we are confident that love and patience will do wonders for this sweet boy! We have noticed he does great with other dogs so far. Loud noises and young children make him nervous, so he would do best in a calm environment.
